End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Godly Kids

PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE GODLY KIDS APPLICATION, WEBSITE, OR RELATED SERVICES. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. Definitions

1.1 Licensor: Kingdom Builders Publishing, the owner and provider of Godly Kids.
1.2 Software: The Godly Kids application, website, and all related content, features, updates, and services provided by the Licensor.
1.3 User: The individual or entity using the Software under this agreement.
1.4 License: The limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software in accordance with this EULA.

2. License Grant

​

2.1 The Licensor grants the User a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA.
2.2 This License does not transfer ownership of the Software to the User. The Software is licensed, not sold.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

3.1 The Software, including all content, design, trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights, is owned by Kingdom Builders Publishing and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
3.2 Users may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software without prior written consent from the Licensor.

4. User Obligations
 

4.1 Users must:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Software.

  • Use the Software only for its intended purpose.
    4.2 Users must not:

  • Copy, distribute, or sublicense the Software to others.

  • Use the Software to engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

  • Exploit or misuse any features, content, or services offered through the Software.
     

5. Subscription and Credits
 

5.1 Access to certain features of the Software requires the purchase of credits or subscription plans.
5.2 Credits and subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
5.3 Refunds for unused credits are subject to the Refund Policy outlined separately.
 

6. Updates and Modifications
 

6.1 The Licensor reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Software or any of its features at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Updates may be automatically installed, and continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
 

7. Termination
 

7.1 This License is effective until terminated by the User or the Licensor.
7.2 The Licensor may terminate this agreement if the User violates its terms. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in their possession.
 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
 

8.1 The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8.2 The Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet the User’s expectations.
 

9. Limitation of Liability
 

9.1 The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
 

10. Governing Law
 

This EULA is governed by the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Alberta
 

11. Privacy Policy
 

By using the Software, the User agrees to the collection and use of their data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which can be accessed godlykids.com/privacy
