Refund Policy for Godly Kids

At Godly Kids, we value our customers and strive to provide engaging and high-quality content for children. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to be simple and transparent, based on our credit system.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:​

  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content that cannot be resolved within 7 business days.

  • Accidental duplicate purchases of credits or subscriptions.

Refunds are not eligible for:

  • Credits that have already been redeemed for content for longer than 3 days.

  • Dissatisfaction with content that aligns with our descriptions and standards.

2. Refund Process

  1. Request Submission: Customers must submit a refund request through our app or website by navigating to the Help & Support section and completing the refund request form. Include the following:

    • Email associated with the account.

    • Purchase details (e.g., transaction ID, date).

    • Reason for the refund request.

  2. Review Timeline: Requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days of submission.

  3. Approval and Refund:

    • Approved refunds: The value of the unused credits will be refunded to the original payment method or credited back to the account, depending on the customer’s preference.

    • Denied refunds: Customers will be provided a clear explanation of the decision.
       

3. Special Circumstances
 

  • Lifetime Subscription Refunds: Lifetime subscription purchases are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., proven inability to access the app long-term due to technical limitations).

  • Promotional Credits: Free or promotional credits are not eligible for refunds.

     

4. Refund Calculation
 

  • Refunds for unused credits will be calculated based on the original purchase price.
     

    • If 200 credits were purchased for $50 and 150 credits are being dispute, the refund will be for the value of 150 credits: ($50 ÷ 200) x 150 = $37.50.
