1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:​

Technical issues preventing access to purchased content that cannot be resolved within 7 business days.

Accidental duplicate purchases of credits or subscriptions.
Refunds are not eligible for:

Credits that have already been redeemed for content for longer than 3 days.

Dissatisfaction with content that aligns with our descriptions and standards.

2. Refund Process

Purchase details (e.g., transaction ID, date).

Review Timeline: Requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days of submission.

Approval and Refund:

Approved refunds: The value of the unused credits will be refunded to the original payment method or credited back to the account, depending on the customer’s preference.

Denied refunds: Customers will be provided a clear explanation of the decision.

3. Special Circumstances

Lifetime Subscription Refunds: Lifetime subscription purchases are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., proven inability to access the app long-term due to technical limitations).

Promotional Credits: Free or promotional credits are not eligible for refunds.
4. Refund Calculation

Refunds for unused credits will be calculated based on the original purchase price.

If 200 credits were purchased for $50 and 150 credits are being dispute, the refund will be for the value of 150 credits: ($50 ÷ 200) x 150 = $37.50.
